We’re starting this family publication on the biggest day of our lives so far — because why not?

Some of you know the backstory well, others less so: after years apart, we started talking again just last year. By Christmas — the first time we were properly back together — we’d already decided to get married. It’s been a whirlwind, but the kind that feels both outrageous and completely right.

Since then, life has been one big shift: moving in together in Oxford, combining households (and kayaks), figuring out how to merge routines and ambitions, and generally building a life that feels more “us” every day. This little magazine is our way of capturing who we are right now: newly minted Woodses, still dancing, still laughing, still finding joy in the everyday.

Inside, you’ll find a snapshot of the last year — our adventures, our quirks, and maybe even a puzzle or two. It’s not a traditional wedding program, because neither of us are particularly traditional people. Instead, it’s a way of saying: here’s who we are, here’s how we got here, and here’s why we’re so happy you’re part of it.
